R&W Kitchen & Bath, formerly Weston’s Kitchen Design, was founded in 1982 in Westminster, Maryland to provide quality, custom cabinetry. Over the past 40 years, we have expanded our services to include countertops, backsplashes, fixtures, flooring, and more.
R&W Kitchen & Bath takes immense pride in being a second-generation family business, now owned and operated by the founder’s daughter and her husband. We strive to continue the family legacy, helping local families achieve their remodeling goals with quality craftsmanship, stylish selections, and functional designs.

WHO WE ARE
Jaclyne Roberts
As the owner and operator of R&W Kitchen & Bath, Jaclyne strives to make every remodeling project an effortless process for each client. Jaclyne grew up in the industry, often spending time in the showroom with her parents, and in the shop to sand and stain cabinetry. Jaclyne has dedicated the past 10+ years of her career to kitchen and bathroom design and looks forward to the growth of the company legacy. After hours, Jaclyne enjoys taking yoga classes and reading. She and her husband Daniel are especially excited to welcome their first daughter!
Daniel Roberts
As co-owner of R&W Kitchen & Bath, Daniel thrives in a business development and networking role. With his skills in software engineering and business development, Daniel analyzes ways to improve the business and streamline processes to make the customer experience as smooth as possible. Daniel also takes the time to attend networking events to make meaningful connections and collaborate with local businesses in the area. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing recreational soccer, videogaming, developing open-source software, and working on cars.
David E. Weston
As the original founder of Weston’s Kitchen Design, David brings over 45 years of industry experience to R&W Kitchen & Bath! His background includes drafting, designing, shop management, and, of course, custom cabinet finishing & fabrication. David excels in building projects that meet his clients’ requests in a functional design. When he is out of the office, David enjoys kayaking, driving his motorcycle, and working on projects in his personal woodshop.

R&W Kitchen & Bath has supported local causes, such as the Central Maryland Christian Crusaders’ Football Team, and is a member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.
